Who agrees
A parent or legal guardian builds with their kid and submits games, and agrees to these terms on the kid's behalf.
Who owns the games
SOEngineered LLC owns games made with our game builder, including the design, characters and any drawings used, so we can host them free and keep them working. Your kid is credited as the creator in the way you choose.
Your family license
Your family can always play, share and show off the game, including for school projects and portfolios.
Credit and removal
You can change or remove your kid's credit at any time; we then credit the game to "a young game designer". We review every game before it goes live and may decline or remove any game.
Payments
Game builder upgrades and publishing are paid through Stripe. Tips are one-time gifts to SOEngineered LLC and are not tax-deductible.
