For kids
We never ask for your name, email, address, school or photo. If you get a high score you can save 3 letters (like ABC). That's all. Please don't use your real initials if you don't want to.
This notice covers the kids' arcade (https://play.kidsgamearcade.com) and this site (https://kidsgamearcade.com). Last updated 2026-10-24.
The kids' arcade collects nothing from kids
- High scores, only if a player saves one: three letters (A-Z), the score, the round and the date, shown on the public Top 10 and not linked to any name, email, device, location or IP address.
- Anonymous counts: to know which games kids enjoy, we count page views, game plays and button clicks as daily totals (which page, which website sent the visit, phone/tablet/computer, and country). No cookies, no identifiers, no IP addresses kept, nothing that could identify a person, and nothing is shared with anyone. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted.
- Nothing else: no accounts, no names, emails, photos, voice or location, no chat.
- On your device only: best scores, settings and games your kid is building stay in the browser and are never sent to us until a grown-up chooses to submit a game.
What grown-ups share with us
- Submitting a game or emailing us: your name and email, the credit you choose for your kid (first name, initial, nickname or none, and optional age), and the idea notes or drawings you send. We check drawings for faces, full names or school names before using them.
- The game builder: what you and your kid type to describe the drawings and the game name, the drawings our AI makes from it, and the results of our safety checks. We keep these for 12 months to keep the builder safe, then delete them; the drawings in a published game stay with the game. Cloudflare runs the AI and doesn't use what you type to train its models.
- Your email: used only to send your receipt and our decision about your game (sent through Cloudflare). We delete it 30 days after we decide.
- Payments: Stripe processes payments. We receive your name, email, billing country or postal code (where your card requires it), card brand and last 4 digits, the amount and the date, and keep them for tax records. Stripe's own privacy policy applies.
What we never do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No advertising or social tracking: no ad pixels, social widgets or marketing scripts on either site.
- No cookies for players.
- No selling, renting or sharing information.
Hosting
Both sites run on Cloudflare, which handles IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the sites. We don't store IP addresses with anything or use them to identify anyone. Cloudflare also adds its Web Analytics counter to our pages: it counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting and without following anyone across sites (how it works). Together with our own anonymous counter (above), that is all the measuring we do.
Your choices
A parent can ask us at any time to remove or change their kid's credit, delete a saved score, or delete the information they sent us. The game itself stays on the arcade (see the terms), credited as "by a young game designer".
